Appointment:
For your convenience we have morning and lunchtime appointments. Our Thursday office hours extend until 6:00 pm. Please try to schedule your appointment at a convenient time. We take pride in running an "on time" schedule. We would appreciate a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Emergencies:
In case of emergency, please call the office at (217) 787-8788 and instructions will be provided. If it is after hours the answering machine will give you the number to call. We make every effort to see emergencies the same day.

New Patients:
To expedite your first visit, please print the patient surveys found under the "New Patients" tab above. Bring them with you on your first visit.
